What is Building Remotely?
Building Remotely is a podcast about remote work and remote companies. In each episode, SafetyWing CEO and co-founder Sondre Rasch talks to a visionary founder or influential thinker in the remote work space. Guests include Pieter Levels, Darren Murph, Andreas Klinger, Steph Smith, and Kevin Kelly.
About Sondre Rasch
Sondre Rasch co-founded SafetyWing with Sarah Sandnes and Hans Kjellby in 2018.
Born in Bergen, Norway, he studied economics and computer science and then worked as a social policy advisor for the government of Norway.
Dissatisfied with the slow pace of change, Sondre founded SuperSide (YC W16), a platform for freelance designers. Through this work, he discovered the lack of a safety net for digital remote workers, which inspired the creation of SafetyWing (YC W18), a company on a mission to build a global social safety net that levels the global playing field.
