Team and project coordination
As a remote team, you get to enjoy many benefits and different ways to work together. Creative work sessions are great. You can use Google Meets or a virtual office tool like Teamflow.
Here is a basic framework to follow for your meetings at an early stage:
1. With your co-founders, set up a weekly meeting where you update each other on your progress and discuss goals for next week.
2. Schedule a weekly creative work session where you come up with ideas, plan and prioritize. In one of the early ones, set-aside time to draft your vision, mission and values. In another one, write a 3-5 year plan with a few bullet points each year.
3. Write down goals for the year, and then schedule a monthly goal update where you update relative to your goals.
